DesignLine - The TX-8010-01-1 is made by GE Security and is a simple to use device for monitoring via a security system if there is an intrusion. There is a fail safe feature that delays in case of a false alarm.  Another GE model for home security includes the 45130. Skylink - Model GS-101 monitor sensors work much in the same way the GE device does.  It alerts you when your garage door is open and sends the alert to the Home Smart Center security if there is a breach.
